EXPERT WITNESS SERVICE

Independent of the other services, David Dodds provides service as an expert witness in process technology over the disciplines of organic chemistry, molecular biology, microbial fermentation, protein expression, natural product recovery and purification, and biocatalysis. David Dodds has experience creating and defending intellectual property as a scientist, and is familiar with the interaction of law and science. His patent and publication record, tenure as the North American Editor for an international scientific journal, and service as the chair of international symposia, give the client a recognized expert, while his interdisciplinary background across a uniquely broad range of technologies allows the client to pursue complex arguments.
